Ben DiBlasi
Associate Attorney
Ben is a member of Costello Ginex & Wideikis’s large volume program team and litigates in a variety of practices areas including transportation, construction liability, premises liability, general negligence, insurance and other matters. Prior to joining CGW, Ben has years of experience as a litigator, in-house counsel, and as a prosecutor for the City of Chicago. During his career, he has litigated for clients at the state and appellate level. Ben focuses on strong client communication and works hard to prioritize his clients’ goals during litigation.
Ben earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2018 while attending on a Dean’s Scholarship. During his time at DePaul, Ben studied trial advocacy and clerked with a commercial litigation firm. Prior to law school, he graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy in 2015. He is currently a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and American Bar Association. His pro bono legal service to the community includes his work with Chicago Volunteer Legal Services as a volunteer attorney. Ben is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Ben enjoys a multitude of activities in his free time including running, boxing, traveling and he has a passion for American history.
