Chloe Polo

Associate Attorney

Chloe Polo is a member of Costello Ginex and Wideikis’ general litigation team, working on a variety on cases involving premises liability, negligence claims, commercial liability, construction injuries, and automobile liability. Chloe works hard to get her clients the best results possible, and has resolved over 100 matters for her clients in her time at CGW. She has assisted with a trial win for a sports complex resulting in a full defense verdict, and succeeded on motions to get her clients dismissed from litigation on negligence, premises liability, sports and recreation, and animal control matters.

Before joining CGW, Chloe was an in-house law clerk for a nationally recognized insurance company. While there, she was able to hone her legal skills working on a variety of matters, including negligence, premises liability, and products liability. She drafted over a dozen dispositive motions and gained experience in every aspect of litigation from responding to the initial pleadings through trial.

Chloe received her Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law, where she was accepted into the school’s Litigation Lab and served on the executive board of the Business Law Society. Chloe obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University.

When not focusing on the needs of her clients, Chloe enjoys visiting her family back East and playing with her dog Nala.

Chloe was recognized by Super Lawyers as an Illinois “Rising Star” and top rated civil litigation attorney for construction litigation for 2024.
