Morgan Fields

Associate Attorney

Morgan currently works primarily with the firm’s practice arm handling complex matters and multi-district litigation. She also works on general personal injury defense and product liability matters.

Morgan began working with CGW as a law clerk during her final year of law school. In that role, Morgan supported attorneys dealing with complex high-value cases involving negligence and breach of contract.

Morgan received her J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2024. While in law school, she was published in the Indiana Health Law Review and participated in trial and appellate advocacy courses and competitions. As a second-year student, she worked as a tutor for first-year students taking Legal Communications & Analysis.

Prior to law school, Morgan received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and philosophy from Franklin College, where she graduated magna cum laude. During her junior year of college, Morgan was published in the Texas University Undergraduate Law Review. Morgan also maintained leadership positions in the sorority Delta Delta Delta throughout her college career, serving as the Vice President of Finance, the Academics Chair, and the Vice President of Chapter Development.

In her spare time, Morgan enjoys cooking and baking from scratch, playing the guitar, painting, cuddling with her cats, and spending time with her loved ones.
