Dan Carr

Associate Attorney

Dan Carr is a member of Costello Ginex & Wideikis’ general litigation team where he handles a variety of cases involving negligence, transportation, premises liability, construction negligence and product liability claims.

Prior to joining CGW, Dan practiced as a plaintiff’s attorney where he prosecuted personal injury claims involving automobile and trucking accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death. Dan’s understanding of the tactics and strategies used by plaintiff firms provides valuable insight into identifying weaknesses in claims and developing effective defense strategies. Dan’s approach to every case is centered on meticulous investigation and a client-centered approach that ensures he is not only a zealous advocate, but a trusted partner throughout his client’s journey to a favorable resolution.

Dan received his JD from DePaul University College of Law and his BA from Loyola University Chicago. Prior attending law school Dan lived and worked in Seoul, South Korea and Beijing, China. Dan’s international business experience has equipped him with a unique awareness and adaptability, as well as an effective communication method that facilitates favorable outcomes during negotiations.

When he’s not in the courtroom, Dan enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
