Samantha Smith

Associate Attorney

Samantha Smith joined the Costello Ginex and Wideikis team in 2026. Before joining the firm, Samantha worked on family law and general law matters representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of matters.

Samantha attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2024. While in law school, Samantha was a member of the Sports & Entertainment Society and participated in negotiation and arbitration competitions. While in law school, Samantha had the opportunity to work as a law clerk for a semester at the Law Offices of Chicago-Kent Plaintiff’s Employment Clinic. In 2018, Samantha received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with an emphasis in Writing and Publication Studies from Clemson University.

Prior to her work as a law clerk, Samantha worked as a book editorial assistant for a local publication company.

In Samantha’s free time, she enjoys watching professional sports, spending time with family, and reading.
