We help our clients resolve disputes and disagreements with third parties over increasing defense costs and help them to better manage their litigation and claims departments. We aim to help our clients optimize efficiency, improve cost controls, and pay business partners and law firms “what we owe.”
We work to resolve disputes and strengthen client relationships by providing a bill review process that is fair to both our client and the firms whose fees are being reviewed. We give detailed explanations for every item reduced, an appeals process for firms to dispute reductions, and clear reporting our clients can use to negotiate with firms and come to agreements.
