We have built our firm to handle negligence cases in bulk to achieve quick case resolutions at expected settlement ranges, all while keeping a close eye on both defense costs as well as final settlement and indemnity payments. and only doing the work on the file that needs to be done. Our entire business has been built to provide these results reliably and we regularly audit ourselves to make sure we are hitting our own high standards. But all that being said, sometimes a case needs to go trial and when we do we win consistently.
