Ashley Koda
Senior Attorney
Ashley is a part of a team at Costello Ginex and Wideikis focusing on high value cases in areas such as medical negligence, transportation, construction, and premises matters. Before joining CGW, Ashley successfully defended a range of clients including numerous multi-million dollar corporations ranging from national retailers to European car equipment manufacturers, as well as a variety of small local businesses. She prides herself on her stellar record of winning dispositive motions on behalf of her clients in both state and federal courts.
Ashley graduated cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2015. While in law school, she interned for a judge in the Chancery Division of Cook County and wrote several opinions on his behalf.
Ashley is fluent in Polish and is learning Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking and diving. She has traveled to nearly 40 countries and looks forward to exploring even more.
