Jim Wideikis of CGW represented BJB Properties, one of the state's larger residential and commercial property owners, in a COVID-19 related business interruption claim. While many of these claims have been denied by carriers for various reasons, Jim helped facilitate a near policy limits settlement for BJB in December of 2022.
